When booking in, our intake officer, will walk the client through how to connect with their Psychologist. The client will not have to download any software onto their computer. They will be sent an email with a link and they simply click on the link to enter their session at the allocated time. Your session can either be via phone or video call.
People needing to see a Psychologist can visit their GP Mental Health Care Plan to access 20 sessions with one of our Psychologists. We can conduct the session either over the phone or by video link regardless of the person’s location.
